Quality Inn Navajo Nation Capital

We had an issue at first because they didn't have any pet rooms available even though they were advised when I booked that I was traveling with a pet. The issue was resolved fairly quickly. They have a very nice restaurant in the lobby area. Staff was very nice. Housekeeping did an excellent job as I left a clothing item in the room and had to return the next day for said item. I can't thank her enough. She wasn't on duty when I returned. Thank you.

Enjoyed the free breakfast. A family of four can get expensive, so it was nice to have a complementary breakfast. It tasted wonderful! We enjoyed the welcome cookies, and the cedar for blessings was a great way to welcome anyone to the Navajo land.

It's not really the fault of the hotel but the timezone on my phone kept switching so it was kind of hard to plan things. The room was clean and cozy.

The location is great for exploring Navajo Nation and the Petrified Forest. The waiter at breakfast was exceptional. He was very attentive to our needs, but more than that, he was extremely personable and friendly. He told us about a variety of things we could nearby (museum, zoo, handicrafts market), all while exuding genuine friendliness. Our daughter said he was the best waiter *ever*!

The breakfast was top tier! The biscuits and gravy was so delicious that I still crave it.
